The products in the online store are sold by BitBot Oy (business ID 2826992-5). We sell products to businesses worldwide. The displayed prices do not include VAT. The applicable VAT will be added to the order total at checkout.
Ordering
Products are ordered online on Markup.fi via the shopping cart.
Markup.fi will deliver plugin download links by email immediately after the order is placed.
The customer agrees to the terms when placing an order.
Payment Methods
Orders can be paid for with a credit or debit card (e.g. Visa and Mastercard) through Stripe.
Licenses
Plugin licenses are annual, which means they include the right to use the plugin, updates, and support for one year at a time. One license entitles the customer to use the plugin on one website and its development and testing versions.
Annual licenses can be transferred from one website to another by notifying customer support at asiakaspalvelu@markup.fi
When a license is about to expire, Markup.fi will send an email reminder which includes a link for renewing the license.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
All plugins include a 30-day money back guarantee. If your plugin does not work as expected, the order may be cancelled within 30 days. Cancellation is done by contacting customer support. However, we hope you contact us before cancelling so the issue can be addressed.
Upon cancellation, the license is revoked and the right to use the plugin ends.
The guarantee does not apply to services such as installation service or site-specific customizations, nor to annual license renewals. The guarantee is available once per plugin per customer.
Other
If the customer does not pay for the order despite payment reminders, BitBot Oy has the right to revoke the license.
We reserve the right to change our terms. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize themselves with the terms in effect at the time.
